Hello,

I made a cluster between an UNIX-Server (Mxx1) and a Host (ZOS) (Mxx2) Cluster (CL.Mxx1.Mxx2)
I can send a Message from Mxx1 to Mxx2, but when I try to put a message on Mxxx2 to Mxx1 then stops the Channel(SDR) immediately.
The Message still remain in the System.cluster.transmit.queue.
The command "start chl(CL.Mxx1.Mxx2)" returned with "Normal startup"
but the channel stops immediately again.
If I clear the System.cluster.transmit.queue. , then I can start the Channel.

What can be wrong ???

Regards Peter

Take a look at the logs. They should tell you why the Channel stopped.

Cheers,

The RCVR MCA on Mxx1 cannot accept and put the message for whatever reason. I bet you don't have a DLQ defined on Mxx1. If a QM has no DLQ, and the channel has a persistent message that it cannot put, the channel stops as designed.

Define a Dead Letter Queue on Mxx1, and try putting the message again. It will end up in the DLQ with a reason why (and your channel will be running).
