Where can I get training CBTs for Websphere/MQ?

I have googled for these but just get companies offering off site training. I want to train in Websphere MQ at home and at my own pace.
Any recommendations would be happily received

When our site first started using MQ we got three CBTs from IBM: Technical Introduction, System Administration, and Programming.

You might want to check with IBM to see if updated versions of these courses are still available.
