Job Description:
Messaging Project Leader (MQ, Tibco, E4JMS) needed for full time opportunity with Major International Investment Firm in New York City. Will not relocate or sponsor. Base salary is 70 to 90k plus bonus. Must have steady employment history and Messaging experience.
DEPARTMENTAL OVERVIEW:This position support middleware integrations.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Position: Project manager/coordinator for Messaging Integration Services Person part of global team responsible for coordinating Messaging Integration projects. Liaison between End Users (Development community), internal development team, and Support teams. This position is not extremely technical, although opportunities to get involved in messaging technologies will be available. However, sound technical skills are still needed. This opportunity is geared to someone who is interested in technical analysis and design, client presentations, client relationship management and project coordination and implementation and has good overall business sense.
Required: Excel, Visio Web Development (ASP), Access, Excellent communication skills,Knowledge of Messaging (MQ, Tibco, E4JMS).
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Excel, Visio, Access, ASP development. DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Messaging (MQ, Tibco, E4JMS.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Undergraduate Degree in technical area (CS or Eng), Graduate degree in technical area (CS or Eng).
