Hi,

Our client is running WebSphere MQ 5.3 (SI 2.1, Workflow 3.4, and DB2) on AIX 5.2.1 with 32 bits kernel. We plan to change the AIX kernel from 32 bits to 64 bits as part of the requirements for Oracle 9i upgrade. Can you please clarify:
1) the implications on MQ from the kernel change from 32 bits to 64 bits on the AIX
2) Do we need to do anything on the MQ or DB2 side following the kernel change?
