It might be a silly question but, is there any way to find out Configuration Manager creation date and time? Thanks a lot in advance.

For WBIMB, check in the ....\IBM\WebSphere Business Integration Message Brokers\log directory for evidence of the last mqsicreateconfigmgr command.
