Is there any way of sending the acknowledgement by Websphere MQ to the cleint application??????

Use the report option. See the Application Programming Guide on how to use the report option. Also there is a forum item here that discuss about using the report option.

You can set up triggering on the reply queue specified in the message to start up a client app

Alternatively you can do a get with wait on the reply queue for a correlationid equal to the messageid you have just put.
