I have set up a test aggregation in wbimb and, as far as I can see, no control messages are ever sent (i.e. nothing ever propagates from the control terminal of the AggregateControl node). I've tried all combinations of timeout and unknown timeout.
So, what's the point in coding for control messages? I'll still do it, mind! Is the control path for future enhancements only, or are there situations in wbimb where a control message is propagated?

Control messages are sent from the control terminal of the aggregate control node.
Try to debug your flow and you will find the control message leaving the control terminal.
If you can tell something about your flow, how you are connecting then I may suggest you something..
