All,
I just changed the CM password. When I tried to restart the CM, I received error message "The IBM MQSeries Broker ConfigMgr service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure. ".
I use the following command:
mqsichangeconfigmgr -i <serviceid> -a <new password>
Can someone help me??

Hi,
please take a look in the windows event log (application , security).
By the way have you also changed the password of the windows user matching serviceid.

If you have not specified -u and -p parameters when creating config mgr then wMQI will use service user-id/pwd to connect the the DBs. If you are changing this password then please make sure it's changed everywhere, i.e. at the OS level as well as at the DB level.
