Hi all,
I have a message flow (together with the subflows in it) in which I need to duplicate. Reason is I need to do some changes, but I still want to keep the current version. Now here's the tricky part... I need to have BOTH versions running in the same broker at the same time.
If I try to copy the message flow, problem is only the MAIN message flow will be copied with a new UUID. The subflows will not be copied. Thus both main flows (new and old) will use the SAME subflow, which is not acceptable.
If I try to copy the subflows, I will need to manually remove and add the new subflows to the new main flow so that the new main flow will point to the new subflows' UUID (which is a lot of work, considering the number of subflows I have...).
If I export, all the subflows will be there, but when I import, it will replace my existing flow because it shares the same UUID, again not acceptable.
Is there any other way to solve my 'scenario'? Is there a way where I can export my main flow... Then change the UUID (together with the subflows') to something else? How can I do this in a safe manner?
Thanks! |
