Hi,
Can some one explain about the security on unix (specifically on mqbrops, mqbrdevt, mqbrasgn group access on broker unix box).
Basically my user id is part of those groups on configmgr box, but not on broker (aix) box. Able to reference the broker thru configmgr and go for assign and deploy to it.
Is there any specific advantage being part of those groups on unix.
The doucmentation details about 'mqbrkrs' on unix, but not for the above.

What you have is correct.
The mqbkrs group is for the broker only. It's the group the userid the broker runs as must be in.
The other groups are purely for the users of the Control Center and control their access to it. That's why there's no documentation about them on unix. They never exist there.
