Hello,
I encounter a problem in MQ cluster.
Queue manamer A,B,C are in the same cluster domain.
Queue manager A sends messages to a cluster queue which exists both in queue manager B and C.Therefore, messages from queue manager A are randomly dispatched to queue manager B and C. But if I stop queue manager B now, I find there will be always one message stuck in the transmission queue to queue manager B. Then queue manager A sends all the following messages to queue manager C. Why? How to solve this problem? Thanks a lot. |

when you stop qmgr B, qmgr A does not know about B stopping and thus become unavailable to the cluster.
Try suspending B from the cluster before stopping and see if messages are still stuck. _________________ Michael

MichaelDag,
Thanks for your answer. Would you please advise how to suspend B from the cluster? Thanks a lot. |
