Hi Everyone,
I am having a trivial problem with MQ on AS400. We are getting 6150(MQM resource busy) which is hanging the entire system. The manager then needs to be brought down. The Error log is pointing the following

Well it appears your listeners is trying to access a resource that is locked,
does just restarting the listner help ???
