To begin with, i am not sure what fmcktrcw is. But the shell in which you are trying to issue this command doesnt know about it. Possible reasons could be. Either you do not have a program/executable called fmcktrcw, or you dont have your path set appropriately.
The output that you posted here has NOTHING to do with how fmcktrcw works or how to invoke it. It has to do with fmcktrcw itself not present/found.
