Hi,
I have developed a security exit on Solaris for authentication which works perfectly. Then the requirement changed to have this exit on AIX. When i compiled and generated the same code in AIX and installed it. I have Mq listener running on a port and when the client tries to connect to channel on which the exit has been applied, the listener crashes (ie: if i do a ps -ef| grep..., there is no listener ) . The error log in /var/mqm/qmgrs/<QMname>/error area shows no message but the log in /var/mqm/errors says "AMQ6209: An unexpected asynchronous signal (1) has been received and ignored." for the program runmqlsr.
Can anyone please help me... iam stuck
Thanks inadvance |

Most probably there is an FDC created for such failure. The FDC should tell something. Other than that, you need to check the Qucik Beginnings guide for setting up on AIX, and the differences with Solaris.
You could also apply the latest CSD, and work from there of.
Along with the CSD, I would suggest reviewing your compile instructions for AIX, and also the requirements for AIX. |
