I tried install MQSeries module for Perl, I was able to create a makefile:

C:\TEMP\MQSeries\MQSeries-1.21>perl Makefile.pl
Note (probably harmless): No library found for '-lmqicg'
Note (probably harmless): No library found for '-lmqic'
Note (probably harmless): No library found for '-lmqmcs'
Note (probably harmless): No library found for '-lmqmzse'
Writing Makefile for MQClient::MQSeries
Writing Makefile for MQSeries::Message::DeadLetter
Writing Makefile for MQSeries::Message::PCF
Writing Makefile for MQSeries::Message::RulesFormat
Writing Makefile for MQSeries::PubSub
Note (probably harmless): No library found for '-lmqmcs'
Note (probably harmless): No library found for '-lmqmzse'
Writing Makefile for MQServer::MQSeries
Writing Makefile for MQSeries

But my nmake received the follwing error:

C:\TEMP\MQSeries\MQSeries-1.21>nmake

NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cd' : return code '1'
Stop.


Any suggestions?

Did you edit the CONFIG file? At a minimum, you need to set MQMTOP.
Set it down to the "tools" level, e.g.
MQMTOP = c:\Program Files\MQSeries\tools
