I have my queuemanager QM1 runing in AIX platform. Client connections are made from other machines to QM1 using the channel SYSTEM.AUTO.SVRCONN.

Due to some error we found that there are a lot of client connections made using this channel i.e, 250.

Even after bringing down the client machine, the server connection channels are not released. I'm able to see a lot of "amqcrsta" processes running in the AIX server machine.

How can i identify & terminate the "amqcrsta" process for this particular channel SYSTEM.AUTO.SVRCONN.

Also there are a lot of other channels are running for this QM1. Their "amqcrsta" process should not get affected.

stop the channel
system.auto.svrconn mode force

i.e stop chl(system.auto.svrconn) mode(force)
once they are all stopped

start chl(system.auto.svrconn) , now the channels should go away
