If you're looking for Javadoc formatted documentation for the MQSeries Java API, you won't find it.
It doesn't exist - or hasn't been released publicly.
If you're looking for documentation on how to use the Java API, then follow the above link and read the manual called, oddly enough, "Websphere MQ Using Java".
