I think "Tips&Tricks" is appropriate for this:

The reason code that is part of the DLQ header, is located on bytes #12 & 13 (in hex). Intel processors however represent integers with least significant byte first, so you need to switch the two bytes to read the reason code correctly.

My tip contains a mistake. The reason code can be found on bytes 11th and 12th
