Hi,

I'm using a MQSI broker in AIX environment, Oracle database is also installed in the same machine.
What is the setting that I need to make in AIX (just like we create dsn in NT) to access the database in my compute node.

You need to make DSN entry in /var/mqsi/odbc/.odbc.ini file. You can refer to WMQI Admin guide for AIX to find how set the properties in .odbc.ini. Before perforimg this step, confirm with your DBA if TNS name for your database instance is define or not. You need TNS name when you configure DSN in .odbc.ini file
