All,
I would like to migrate from WMQI 2.1 CSD04 to WBIMB 5.0, but retain my 2.1 brokers for awhile.

Can you all share your experience with this migration process? Are there any problems with creating and deploying message flows/sets from WBIMB 5.0 to WMQI 2.1 brokers?

Look at the redbook on broker migration,

there is also a special fix required to control a 2.1 broker from a 5.0 environment.
