Here I have a MQClient Application on Windows which is trying to connect to Queue Manager on AIX. The AIX Queue Manager CCSID is 950(To make it compatable with OS/390 where the queue manager CCSID is 937).
MQClient Applicaiton is not able to connect to the AIX due to CCSID incompatablility (Windows CCSID- 437).
What are the options for me.

Venu,

You may please try setting the SYSTEM environmental variable on Windows as 950.

set MQCCSID=950
