Hmm ! Why do you want to send messages through client ? why not Send them through Qmanger A and Qmanger B directly ?

Any ways , let us think of what you say ,

Qmanger A and Client X,

Qmanger B and Client Y,

I suggest you this way,

Client X puts Message On Remote Queue on Qmanger A, and Qmanger A will send to Qmanger B local Queue and client Y will pull the local message on B,
and in the reverse Clinet Y will put a message on Remote Queue on Qmanager b and that will land on local Queue on A and Client X will pull that message,

----------------------------------------------------------------
Else if you want to use only Clients there is no need of Using 2 Qmangers,

Client X will put a Message on Qmanger B , and Client y will pull the message and reply ,

In case client x needs to talk to Qmanger A and Qmanger A cannot directly communicate to Qmanager then ,

Client X will pull the message from QA and then communicate with QB ,
