hi there,
i have written an applet which puts a message in a Queue.

if i dont set the MQEnvironment.hostname the applet works fine and puts the message in the local Queue, but when i set it to some remote system i get the NetIOPermission error, from Internet Explorer .

How do i give the NetIOPermission for an applet.

In the MQSeries Using Java doc, it says that to run an applet give the network access to un restricted. but even if i give it i get an error message.

any suggestions for this problem?.

regards
mahesh
