Hello!!.....
I have been goin through the forums for the migration issues. Quick Question, currently we are in Win 2000 and WMQI 2.1 Env. and our team z planning for migrating to WBIMB 5.0,
and parallely we also have plans for migrating our OS. now, here is my question.... migrating to WIN3K & V5.0 or WIN XP & V5.0 would be a better choice.
I mean are there any Pro's & Con's on the above combinations.

You should review the list of supported platforms on the IBM website before deciding what OS to use with v5.0.

hello Jeff!....
I read the documentation for supported OS for WBI MB 5.0
for Windows
Windows 2000 Professional, Server, and
Advanced Server with Service Pack 3
Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 1
Windows 2003
but I still feel..that anybody had any pro's / con's with the OS which are supported.

Take a look at Microsoft site and compare Windows 2003 with Win XP pro. WBIMB is equally supported on these two platforms. If you are planning to use Win 2003 then the Toolkit will not run on that machine.
