I have two repository sitting on NT servers and all other servers are on Unix and AS/400 , they are connected and on a cluster environment.
Due to data center move we need to change the IP addresses of the NT and as well as Unix servers. Can I change the IP address on a fly to the HostNames because they support DHCP on all servers , what can be the implication after the change.

It depends.
Are you using the IP address as your connection name? Or are you using the hostname?
If you are using the hostname, then the DHCP would help you to resolve that, and changing IP address won't do anything to it.
If you use Ip address, then all your connection names have to reflect that changes.
