Hi,
We are having a problem with the workflow monitor not showing anything. I.e. I start a workflow process, then I go to the monitor and select the process but the monitor only gives a "The selected process has no process instances" message.
In the MQ WF DOMAIN the 'full audit to DB' option is turned on, and in the WF runtime database the AUDIT_TRAIL table is being populated by the log data. Still nothing is shown in the monitor. What we suspect as a possible problem is that the
HS_AUDIT_TRAIL
HS_CONT_DETAIL
HS_PROC_DATA
HS_SCHEMA
tables are not created in the WF runtime database during the installation/running of the Monitor (they should be created I guess).
The installed components:
- MQ Workflow 3.4
- WBI Monitor 4.2.4
- DB2 8.1
It all runs on a win2k server SP4.
Don't forget that WBI Monitor treats blocks the same as a process. Make sure that the valid from date in the block matchs the date of the higher process.
