WBIMB current version only compatible with 1.3.1

IBM suggested me to go back java 1.3.1 from 1.4, when i go to IBM's website i see it has java 1.3.1 as a part of IBM WebSphere SDK for Web Services V5.1, can anybody give me a pointer where i can find just java 1.3.1?

Go to SUNs web site for windows SDK

For AIX goto IBM's website.
