After a botched manual linear log removal, the server was rebooted. When it came up, the broker default stream queue began accumulating with messages because the pub-sub broker was down. However, after an attempt to delete the broker, the broker system queues were no longer on the queue manager. Anyone see this behavior using pub-sub broker?
We have MQ 5.2 running on Windows 2000 Server with pub-sub support pack for 5.2.

I have never seen any kind of behavior like this. My suggestion would be to move forward to WMQ 5.3 (since 5.2 is no longer supported) and keep a closer eye on what you do and how you do it.
