Hi,
As per the docs we can see only 200 messages @ a time in a queue thro MQExplorer.
Currently for our production system the number exceeds 2000 due to some probs which we rectify later.
Is there any third party tool available which can help me to get large number of messages (say 2000-3000) messages.
Any link or docs.
Please let me know

Probably loads, but amqsbcg might suffice (especially if you modify it to accept truncated messages or have a buffer of the largest message size expected), depending on what information you want about the messages. |

Hi,
May I suggest that you try out MQ Visual Edit. It allows you to view / edit messages of any size from a queue. Note: By default, it reads only the first 1000 messages in the queue. To change this, just select Edit -> Preferences and change to the Max. number of messages to retrieve to say 5000.
For more information or to download a 30-day trial of MQ Visual Edit, go to:

There is also a Capitalware Inc. forum here at mqseries.net where you can ask more product specific questions.
