I am trying to communicate between 2 Qmgrs, both are running in WIN 2K Server.

I am getting Format errors during message transmission MQFB_XMIT_Q_MSG_ERROR.

Anyone faced this problem before?

Are you trying to put the message directly on to the XMIT queue. This is NOT how it's done. Try reading the Intercommunication manual.
