I have an XML message...

<CITATIONS>
<CITATION>
CITATION INFO...
</CITATION>
<CITATION>
CITATION INFO...
</CITATION>
<CITATION>
CITATION INFO...
</CITATION>
</CITATIONS>

I would like to take this and make each citation it's own message to an out queue. Can I do this in MQSI V2.1 or do I need to split up each message before dumping it into the input queue?
