All,
I have a situation like I am mentioning here.

I have 20 Roles defined like:
Role1
Role2
Role3
..
..
Role20.

I have 100 persons defined like:
User1
User2
..
..
User100

Lets say I have some catagories (or say Business rules) in my company. Lets say I have 5 catagories.
Catagory1
Catagory2
..
Catagory5

Catagory1 includes users 1 to 5 and these users will have Roles 1, 2, 3.
Catagory2 includes users 6 to 10 and these users will have Roles 1, 2, 3, 4.
Catagory3 includes users 11 to 15 and these users will have Roles 1, 2, 3, 5.
.......etc

Now I am concerning about maintaining these staff definitions later down the road. Lets say after some days a requirement came to add to a new User101 who comes under Catagory 3 who needs to have Roles 1, 2, 3, 5.
Now I have to define this person User101, and assign him all the Roles 1, 2, 3, 5.

I am thinking of, if there is way to group the roles 1, 2, 3, 5 to a bundle called Catagory3, then simply when I define a new person User101, I can simply assign him under Catagory3 who automatically inherits all the roles (1, 2, 3, 5).

1) Can we really do what I was asking above?
2) And also if I can bundle Role 1, 2, 3 together to call it Catagory1, it will be very easy for me when I am defining Catagory2 or Catagory3.

Thanks in Advance

Looks like everybody is busy to read my lengthy + confusing + BIG post . I am putting it in a simple format.

All I want to know is, if you have large number of roles, Can you group some Roles to call it something in Workflow?

CHF,
Would the "virtual user" concept accomplish the same?
