Hello,
I have installed MQ Server 5.2.1 on a Windows 2000 Server. The Server has multiple 3 separate IP addresses on 3 separate network cards. When I create a queue manager, it states that the queue manager is created sucessfully, but if I connect to it, it states that the queue manager does not exist (RC 2059 Q_MGR_NOT_AVAILABLE). If I try to do a remote connection to the queue manager having the connection name as the hostname of the server it seems to work. Can anyone suggest why the hostname of the server is not detecting the Queue Manager regardless of the IP addresses?
