My company is looking at upgrading all Windows Servers from NT to Active Directory on Windows 2003. We are running MQSeries 5.2 and 5.3 on some of these servers.
Has anyone been involved in a similiar scenario? If so did they encounter any problems.

The one issue I know of is that an NT4 domain upgraded gives delegate authority by default to all userids, whereas a brand new active directory domain doesnt - Hence if they install a new domain make sure you run MQ under a domain id which you have given delegate authority to! (Details in the 5.3 quick beginnings).
