Hi All

Can somebody guide me as how to setup a dead letter queue and dead letter queue handle in case of as/400. As well how to define the rules table for that and how to associate it with the dead lettet queue handler. Any other extra information is very much needed.

It might be urgent, but posting twice on the weekend probably isn't going to get you an answer any faster. I've never messed with a 400, but I'd suggest that you try looking at the Systems Administration manual where it documents the command.
