I made a process model in Workbench and imported it into Workflow System.

How can i specify which users can see it in their process template list?
How can i specify which users (with defined role) can create and start an instance?

It can be configured in the Workflow client or it can be configured in Workbench.

What you wish to do is done with what MQWF calls Process Categories called functions by Modeler. It would be best if you would read up on use of the Buildtime tool, as Modeler does not contain much doc that is helpful in understading how MQWF actually works. What you will need to do is assign a category to the process, then authorize employees to have access to this category
