Hi,
as I don't like the C-API of MQAI too much I ponder over developing some nice classes to wrap those rather awkward procedural C routines in order to get a clean object oriented interface (I'm aware of the COM interface but I am on AIX...).
My question is: Does such a C++ class library already exist? A quick search delivered only the fixpack MS08 which is a Java interface for PCF.

Yes, C++ API comes with the product. You will find the include files into <MQ_dir>\Tools\cplus\include and also some sample programs into <MQ_dir>\Tools\cplus\Samples directory.
There is also a manual on IBM website Using C++.

AFAIK, there is not a c++ class library for MQAI.
