What are the fields we can specify indivifually for each destination while putting the message?
Q, Qmgr, CorrId, MsgId... Anything else? Can we choose all the fields that are in MD?

You use the MQOR structure on the MQOPEN or MQPUT1 call to describe which Queue/Queue Manager combinations you want to open.

You use the MQPMR structure on the MQPUT(1) call to specify various message properties for a single destination when a message is being put to a distribution list. These (optional) fields include:
MsgId
CorrelId
GroupId
Feedback
AccountingToken

See the Application Programming Referance Manual, Chapters 13 and 15, fo all the details. The Application Programing Guide also has useful info on Distribution Lists.
