Unusual WBI Workbench behavior

I am finding some errant behavior with WBI Workbench v 4.2.4:

-FMCIBIE import with -o option not over-writing existing template definitions
-FDL code page violations when opening FDL from another source
-Various application errors on language-based API activity implementations

All of the above conditions go away when the same FDL is cycled through Buildtime.

Has anyone else experienced these or similar WBI Workbench behaviors?

I can't say that I've experienced the same errors, but I probably have opend a dozen PMRs against Modeler in the past couple of months. A good portion of these are fixed in SP1 for Modeler which is now available
