Hi,
I am trying to create a SSL connection between W2k and Linux Qmgrs.I manage to get a personal certificate from http://www.globalsign.com.
Downloaded on to my IE.
I can view this certificate under IE contents...& have successfully assign to Qmgr running on W2k.
Now i need some help how to export these win2k certificates to Linux.
Can anyone tried above Operating systems??
Thanks in Advance

Hi - I'm in the process of testing this out. My scenario is:
OpenSLL to generate certficates (including CA for now) - on a Windows platform.
Windows NT and 2000, to , Linux 7.1
have installed certificates fully under windows (and in tested windows to windows)
Have run into problems importing .p12 certificate using IBM Key Management Tool (which comes with MQ 5.3) on Linux. Have imported the CA OK though. Have a call in with IBM support on this aspect.
May be an issue with Linux 7.1 in my case (old..) or may be an issue with my env as I had to compile a gnu g++ 3.0.3 compiler to get a set of libraries that were aligned to stated MQ 5.3. SSL software pre-req's.
Will update if I progress ...
Cheers

Hi,
set JAVA_HOME to /opt/mqm/ssl/jre. You should also use CSD05 with gskit and read memo.ptf
