Hi,
I have a question about :
An application sends messages to my server in a queue A. Then, a process scans this queue and when a message arrive, the process read it and put this into 2 others queues.

He's there a better way to do this job?

For starters, I'd suggest that you look into distribution lists or the mirroq sample that is at http://www.developer.ibm.com/tech/sampmq.html.
