Hi MQExperts,
I have a response coming from a third party via MQIPT to MQServer ei. lets say "MQServer1" to queue mgr ABC.
If for some reason, MQServer1 is down, I want MQIPT to point to my failover server i.e. "MQServer2" to queue mgr. XYZ. WHAT NEED TO BE DONE?
NOTE:
1. I have a sender and a receiver channel defined on MQServer1
pointing to MQIPT
2. I have a route definition on MQIPT pointing to MQServer1
I can have sender&receiver channels defined on my MQServer2 to point to MQIPT and I think I will also need a route definition on my MQIPT to point to MQServer2.
Will it solve the problem? Any ideas will be welcome and thankful
