Has anyone ever heard of a "bridge" that will allow MQ and MSMQ to work together? I have a client who says that Microsoft states that do have such software. I am however very dubious of Microsoft claims for many reasons. Suposedly if you have an SNA Server with SP2 or above this bridge will allow the 2products to communicate. Any knowledge or experience with thsi would be appreciated.
Microsoft offer a MSMQ to MQ bridge which I think was originally developed by Level 8 software. It's called the Host Integration Server (HIS).
A series of in-depth articles on how to use the HIS server to link MQ to MSMQ can be found in "MQ Update" magazine, Sep 2001 to Nov 2001 issues (these are not free but can be purchased at http://www.xephon.com).
