Hi all,
I was trying to import a C header file into my message set to create a message type. After succefully completing the import, I found the following in the report file thus generated...
Importing C header file C:\Phani\WebSphere\work\requests.h...
Warning: The Custom Wire Format Plugin is not installed and registered for the project.
No Custom Wire Format values will be set as a result
Created Value DEFAULT_CHAR_VALUE.
Importing C structure Request.
.
.
.
.
.
C Structure Request successfully imported.
Any idea of the warning. Can I install custom wire format plugins? where do I get it? Any help is appreciated.

Hi Pvemuri
wat version of broker are u using??......see if the "report only" check box in the import dialog box, is checked, if yes, uncheck it. the same error occured to me.

hi all,
Thanks for your time. I had added the CWF format to my message set. And now there is'nt any error. Right click on your message set and
Add --> Physical Format --> Custom Wire Format.
You need not uncheck the report only also.
