Hi All,

We are using orcle 9 database for Broker repository on AIX. However, Our oracle server is on a different AIX box. and so we have oracle client isntalled on MQSI broker box with SLQ*net setup. I just need to verify, are the following steps correct:

1. Copy the orcle9i driver and put it in /usr/opt/wmqi/merant/lib folder, RIGHT?

2. after that, change the driver path in the /var/mqsi/odbc/.odbc.ini

3. Modify the ServerName= (this is my database name, right?)

Please confirm and let me know if missed anything else
