I was wondering what percentage of folks pay for the support with MQSeries. I'm prompted to ask because I just read a question in this forum that seems like it should/could have been the foundation of a PMR to IBM. I have opened my share of these with IBM and I realize that IBM has timeliness issues (especially with SEV2 and SEV3 items).
However, if the problems are solved with workarounds in this forum, and IBM doesn't record them in a PMR, how will they know to fix them. I don't want to branch off into an abyss here, I'm really just curious how many do/don't elect to purchase the support part of the license.
