Does anyone knows how to create a MQ channel exot program object on os400?

I understood the exit program is a shared library for UNIX system and a DLL for window systems. From the MQ Intercommunication document, it only provide guidelines on the options that need to be set during compilation (CRTCMOD) but it doesn't say anything during program creation (CRTPGM). So, what should be the right way of creating the exit program object?
