Hi

Here is my requirement

Input
<A><B><C>cee1</C><C>cee2</C></B></A>

Output
<A><B><![CDATA[<C>cee1</C><C>cee2</C>]]></B></A>

I tried the following code snippet but the output is not what I wanted. Can someone help please

CAST(ASBITSTREAM(InputRoot.XML.A.B OPTIONS FolderBitStream) AS CHAR CCSID InputRoot.MQMD.CodedCharSetId ENCODING InputRoot.MQMD.Encoding);


Output

Note the change from InputRoot.XML.A.B to InputRoot.XML.A.B.*[].

Thanks Jeff.

I tried this before but I was getting the following error while deploying.

BIP2478E: (16, 50) : Path argument to ASBITSTREAM must not specify a list.

Then loop over each of the children of B, and concatenate the asbitstream results and then put it into the cdata.
