I see the queue open for input and output. If you have MQ 5.3 running your workflow engine then you can do a QSTATUS to find what process is keeping the queue open. Unfortunately I am running MQ5.2. I think it would be fmcemain but somebody will have to confirm.

The RTSINPUTQ is used by the MQ Workflow servers. It is the queue where messages for and from the execution server are placed. Do NOT remove this queue and do NOT put your own messages to the queue. This queue is used internally by the servers.

dis ql (RTSINPUTQ) all (shows the amount of elements in the fmcemain input queue)
