Hi
I want to setup an MQ Client on a windows machine which will connect to a MQ server on an AIX machine. Can any one please explain me the whole procedure in detail. The other thing is i know i already have a MQ server setup on the windows machine. Do i need seperate MQ client components on this windows machine for this setup? I have the MQ server CD.
The other thing i wanted to know is how i can find out if an MQ client was already setup on a windows.
Please explain me the procedure to be followed in detail.
I am completely unaware of this situation.

Yes
MQ Client I believe is an optional component. You can modify your existing installation using the CD you mentioned above.

You need to refer to MQ Clients manual.
It really depends on how and for what you are using MQ Client.
